SMALL BUSINESS/CORPORATE/DESIGN TRADE DISCOUNTS
Creative Inspirations, the owner of Ci-Gallery.com, recognizes the need for businesses and corporations to show their appreciation to their customers through gift giving programs. We also recognize the key role designers play in assisting our customers to create comfortable working and living spaces. To show our appreciation for the role businesses and designers play in our success, we are pleased to offer a special small business/corporate/interior designer discount on our products to all small and large businesses and registered interior design/architect professionals.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH BUSINESS TO REQUEST THE DISCOUNT PRICE BEFORE ANY ORDER IS SENT. ONCE AN ORDER IS SENT, WE CAN NO LONGER OFFER THE DISCOUNT. WE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY APPLY ANY DISCOUNT TO BUSINESS ORDERS THAT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS--IT MUST BE REQUESTED. SENDING AN ORDER TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS IS NOT SUFFICIENT REASON TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE DISCOUNT. REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW MUST BE MET AS WELL.
YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF YOUR BUSINESS CREDIT CARD OR TO THE VERIFIED BUSINESS ADDRESS OF YOUR BUSINESS PAYPAL ACCOUNT. ANY DEVIATION FROM THIS RULE IS AT OUR DISCRETION AND WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION.

AFTER APPROVAL, (see rules below) the discount will be manually applied before charging your card and will therefore not show on your online shopping cart.
How does a small business/corporate/trade member qualify for the discount?
Regular Small and Large Businesses will need to present identification as a business, such as a business card, business letterhead, business license, or FEIN or sales tax number. We will accept a Mastercard or Visa Business Account card or a Business Paypal account as payment. We will not accept checks or personal credit cards as this discount is for your business use only. Please note that we are not a wholesale source except for interior design/architecture professionals, and we do not sell our products wholesale for resale in a retail store except for those items actually crafted by us.
Registered design professionals will need to present trade credentials* (see below) as identification.
Identification as a business will need to be presented at the time of purchase as discounts will not be applied after purchases have been sent. Both small and large businesses and interior design/architecture professionals, upon approval, can receive a special discount based on the amount of each transaction as detailed below.
Will purchases made by a Maryland business or trade member be charged sales tax?
All businesses in Maryland will be charged sales tax with the exception of registered interior design/architecture professionals* who meet the following criteria. Since we are located in Maryland, State of Maryland design professionals who can prove that their design-related purchase is being made for resale will not be charged sales tax. Proof will be a signed Blanket Certificate of Resale (we can supply the form) showing a design/architecture related business and sales tax number.
What are the discount amounts?
· 10% discount on combined purchase of jewelry, gifts and accessories—minimum purchase of $400 (up to $599.99). Must include three or more items.
· 15% discount on combined purchase of jewelry, gifts and accessories—minimum purchase of $600 (up to $1199.99). Must include three or more items.
· 20% discount on a combined purchase of jewelry, gifts and accessories totaling $1200 or more. Must include three or more items.
· 40% discount on paintings—minimum painting purchase of $300 (Only one painting is necessary, but painting purchase cannot be combined with other discounts. Minimums of other discounts must still be met for those to apply.)
What about Shipping Charges?
It is our policy to offer Free Standard Shipping for all purchases over $150 sent to the same address. Therefore Free Standard Shipping would apply to all Corporate/Trade purchases sent to the same address at the same time in the same order since our Corporate/trade minimums are all over $150. However, as per our normal shipping policy, if an item which has been shipped free is returned, then OUR ORIGINAL ACTUAL SHIPPING COST (no packing or handling fee) will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer as well. Non-standard speed shipping will be at an additional charge.
What products qualify for the Corporate/Trade Discount?
The discount is available on all full-price items on our website. The discount is not valid on items marked sale or clearance or on previously placed orders.
